Welcome to our 2009-2010 dance season!

Please read this newsletter carefully, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to stop by the office. During the first few weeks of class, it is expected that some students may change classes in order to ensure they are placed in the correct class. We thank you for your patience during this time.

Tuition and Absences
Tuition payments are due the first week of each month. All tuition payments received after the 10th will incur a $10 late fee.

Our tuition is a set fee and WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED if your child misses class due to illness, vacations, etc. Tuition is also NOT ADJUSTED if the teacher is out sick, if the studio closes due to major holidays, or inclement

Bad Weather
Our studio will close due to bad weather, when Lacey Twp. Schools close. You may also call the studio to hear a recorded message telling you if we are open or not.

Alice’s Dancin’ Corner DOES NOT close for ALL Monday holidays. Please read the newsletters concerning our closings.

Newsletters are handed out the first class of each month. They are always extremely important and are always full of information concerning the studio. If you do not receive one, please pick one up at the main office.

Waiting Room Rules
We want our studio to be a pleasant wait area for everyone. Please respect our studio and those around you. WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES! Unless your child is in the studio for more than 2 hours, do not bring food or drinks into the studio. If you must eat, please eat on the benches provided outside.

STUDENTS: If you have an hour break between classes you are welcomed to stay at the studio. Please remember no friends are to stay with you during that hour. Also, if you are allowed to go to Wawa please let Kathy or I know before you leave. Remember there will be classes going on so be respectful of the other students.

Class Times
Aside from our 45 minute Tiny Tot classes, all our classes run 55 minutes. In doing so it is to ensure that each class starts on time and to reduce traffic congestion both in the studio and in our parking lot. If your child is enrolled in the 1 1/2 hour ballet class, they will end 5 minutes early also.

Recital Costumes
Each class will participate in our annual recital, which is held in June. All classes will have their own costume, and deposits for these are due November 1st. THERE WILL BE A $40 DEPOSIT DUE PER COSTUME. Additional information will be handed out regarding deposits and balances in the upcoming weeks as well as recital dates.

Once again, I’d like to welcome back all of our returning dancers and a big welcome to all of our new dancers. If you have any questions, please call the studio (609-971-7501).

Respectfully,

Tracey Corrao
Director/Owner
